保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: Platelet-activating factor, a compound that reduces inflammation by increasing permeability of blood vessels and contracting various involuntary muscles such as those in airways. It is a phospholipid with a wide range of proinflammatory actions, is immediately degraded and inactivated in vivo by PAF acetylhydrolase. Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. 血小板活化因子(platelet-activating factor,PAF)是一種內源性具有生物活性的磷脂。由中性粒細胞、血小板、肥大細胞、內皮細胞和巨噬細胞產生。除早期發現它有強烈引起血小板聚集和脫顆粒作用外,近年來的研究發現它還具有廣泛的生物活性,作為一種獨特的細胞因子參與體內多種生理、病理過程,包括激活中性粒細胞,使其聚集、趨化、釋放氧自由基和白三烯,抑制T細胞增殖,刺激B細胞合成IgG和IgE,抑制心肌收縮力,增加血管通透性,引起體循環血壓下降和肺動脈高壓等。由于它具有廣泛的高強度的生物活性,故PAF被認為是與過敏反應有關的關鍵性介質之一。 |
